Provide accurate information when creating and using your account. Keep your password and verification codes private. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact support@lootbud.com.

Offers and eligibility

Offers are provided through third-party providers. Availability, eligibility, completion requirements, and reward amounts vary by offer. Read the complete offer requirements before you start, including any location or device restrictions, new-user conditions, deadlines, and purchase or subscription requirements.

Installing an app or beginning an offer does not by itself guarantee a reward. You must satisfy the requirements of the specific offer. Do not provide false information, manipulate completion records, or use automated or fraudulent methods to obtain rewards.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some offers may involve a purchase, trial, or subscription with a third party. Review the applicable prices, renewal dates, and cancellation terms before proceeding. Questions about a third-party purchase or subscription should be directed to that provider. Lootbud account support does not itself cancel a third-party subscription.

Missing rewards

If a reward does not appear, review the offer requirements and any stated tracking or crediting timeframe. If the stated timeframe has passed, or none is provided, contact support@lootbud.com with the offer name, relevant dates, and supporting screenshots with sensitive information hidden. A support request does not guarantee that a reward will be credited.

Withdrawals

Payouts are made only after Lootbud has actually received the corresponding funds from its offer partners. A reward displayed in your account does not mean those funds have been received or are ready for withdrawal. No payment date is guaranteed before the corresponding funds have been received.

Read the Lootbud Privacy Policy at https://lootbud.com/privacy for information about personal data processed in connection with the website. Third-party offer websites and applications have their own privacy notices and terms.
